basically you rate the person above you IN CHARACTER and out of character. Rate as in looks. (:
For example, lets say i'm rating a bitchy character with an olivia wilde pb.
IC: 4/10... she's hot. too bad she's gotta nasty personality.
OOC: 9/10 gorgeous.
